Sometimes I just love the judiciary. Case in point, a Texas Bankruptcy Judge dismissed a Motion due to incomprehensibility and quoted Billy Madison in the Process.


The name of the Motion ruled upon: Defendant's Motion to Discharge Response to Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Response Opposing Objection to Discharge.

I love how the footnote tells counsel that s/he invited this ridicule.
